Hudson is a wool blend blanket stripe in the colors of a river valley in fall: chocolate brown, slate blue, camel, olive green, ochre, and a heathered grey-blue. The stripes vary in width from broad fields to thin pinlines, woven with a soft, brushed blanket hand.

It is an upholstery fabric rated to 27,000 double rubs, ready for daily furniture use: bench cushions, ottomans, pillows, window seats. It runs 60 inches wide and is railroaded, so long pieces cut without seams. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.

Sold by the yard, cut to order.

About the Line

Wooded River started in 1998 as a small clothing company in Idaho's Treasure Valley, named for the Boise River ("Boise" is French for wooded). The garment work grew into blankets and, before long, full bedding collections. The landscape has set the palette the whole time.

Every piece is still made to order. A single throw for a cabin or bedding for a national park lodge, sewn either way by hands that have worked those tables for 20 years or more.
