Bison Ridge III is an Italian-woven wool blend in a full southwest blanket pattern: large stepped diamonds in dark brown and tobacco linked by brick-red medallions on a camel ground, with a turquoise spiral band and rows of small arrows running beneath. It is the boldest kind of lodge cloth, made to be the center of the room.

It is an upholstery fabric rated to 27,000 double rubs, ready for daily furniture use: bench cushions, ottomans, pillows, window seats. The cloth is 60 inches wide and railroaded, so long pieces cut without seams. It machine washes in cold water.

Sold by the yard, cut to order.

About the Line

Wooded River started in 1998 as a small clothing company in Idaho's Treasure Valley, named for the Boise River ("Boise" is French for wooded). The garment work grew into blankets and, before long, full bedding collections. The landscape has set the palette the whole time.

Every piece is still made to order. A single throw for a cabin or bedding for a national park lodge, sewn either way by hands that have worked those tables for 20 years or more.
