Product Details

The Dakota Stanton Throw is a washable cotton blanket featuring a heathered dusty blue finish and dark whipstitch detailing along the perimeter. Measuring 60 by 72 inches, this throw provides ample coverage when folded over a chair or draped across a sofa, adding a cozy, textured layer to living spaces. The dark stitching contrasts with the light blue fabric, creating a subtle, rustic aesthetic visible in the flat lay.

Constructed from a Stanton cotton blend (70% cotton, 25% polyester, 5% other), the blanket balances natural comfort with practical durability. The cotton-rich composition offers a breathable, soft handfeel, while the polyester content enhances the fabric's structure and resilience. Care is straightforward: machine wash the throw in cold water and hang it to dry, making it a low-maintenance option for high-traffic areas.

About the Line

Wooded River started in 1998 as a small clothing company in Idaho's Treasure Valley, named for the Boise River ("Boise" is French for wooded). The garment work grew into blankets and, before long, full bedding collections. The landscape has set the palette the whole time.

Every piece is still made to order. A single throw for a cabin or bedding for a national park lodge, sewn either way by hands that have worked those tables for 20 years or more.
