French Roast is a plush faux fur, 100% polyester, in a deep espresso brown that runs nearly black, with reddish brown mottling drifting through the pile like the sheen on dark roasted beans. The fur is dense and soft with a natural, uneven look.

It runs 60 inches wide with the pile running up the roll. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.

Sold by the yard, cut to order.

About the Line

Wooded River started in 1998 as a small clothing company in Idaho's Treasure Valley, named for the Boise River ("Boise" is French for wooded). The garment work grew into blankets and, before long, full bedding collections. The landscape has set the palette the whole time.

Every piece is still made to order. A single throw for a cabin or bedding for a national park lodge, sewn either way by hands that have worked those tables for 20 years or more.
