The Patchwork Leather Pillow celebrates the natural variation of genuine leather with an assortment of individually shaped cowhide pieces pieced together across the entire front. Different shades of brown, ranging from warm cognac and chestnut to deep espresso, create a richly layered appearance, while variations in grain, texture, and finish make each section distinct. Visible stitching traces the irregular edges of the leather pieces, emphasizing the patchwork construction and giving the pillow its handcrafted character.

Materials and Sizing

The front is crafted from 100% genuine cowhide leather in assorted shapes and varying brown tones. The pillow reverses to a coordinating 100% polyester microsuede back.

Includes a 100% polyester pillow form and is sewn in the United States by expert craftspeople.

About the Line

Wooded River started in 1998 as a small clothing company in Idaho's Treasure Valley, named for the Boise River ("Boise" is French for wooded). The garment work grew into blankets and, before long, full bedding collections. The landscape has set the palette the whole time.

Every piece is still made to order. A single throw for a cabin or bedding for a national park lodge, sewn either way by hands that have worked those tables for 20 years or more.
