The front side, known as the Lapis Valley face, is a woven blend containing 20% wool for natural insulation. The reverse side is a 100% polyester Kodiak fabric with a dark pile finish, offering a soft, fuzzy texture that contrasts with the structured weave of the front.

About the Line

Wooded River started in 1998 as a small clothing company in Idaho's Treasure Valley, named for the Boise River ("Boise" is French for wooded). The garment work grew into blankets and, before long, full bedding collections. The landscape has set the palette the whole time.

Every piece is still made to order. A single throw for a cabin or bedding for a national park lodge, sewn either way by hands that have worked those tables for 20 years or more.
