A plush faux fur in pale silvery gray, its pile sculpted into soft vertical ridges streaked with charcoal, the way dark guard hairs shadow a fox pelt in winter coat. It is 100 percent polyester with a deep, silky hand.

It is 58 to 60 inches wide with the pile running up the roll, and it machine washes cold and tumble dries on low.

Sold by the yard, cut to order.

About the Line

Wooded River started in 1998 as a small clothing company in Idaho's Treasure Valley, named for the Boise River ("Boise" is French for wooded). The garment work grew into blankets and, before long, full bedding collections. The landscape has set the palette the whole time.

Every piece is still made to order. A single throw for a cabin or bedding for a national park lodge, sewn either way by hands that have worked those tables for 20 years or more.
