Since this throw is made of faux fur rather than natural wool, cleaning is simplified. The 100% polyester construction allows for machine washing in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. About the Line

Wooded River started in 1998 as a small clothing company in Idaho's Treasure Valley, named for the Boise River ("Boise" is French for wooded). The garment work grew into blankets and, before long, full bedding collections. The landscape has set the palette the whole time.

Every piece is still made to order. A single throw for a cabin or bedding for a national park lodge, sewn either way by hands that have worked those tables for 20 years or more.
