Solid Midnight is a deep inky navy wool blend, dark enough to read almost charcoal in low light. The surface is brushed and slightly felted, so the blue stays soft and matte rather than crisp.

It is an upholstery fabric rated to 27,000 double rubs, ready for daily furniture use: bench cushions, ottomans, pillows, window seats. It comes 60 inches wide with the weave running up the roll. Machine wash it cold and tumble dry on low heat.

Sold by the yard, cut to order.

About the Line

Wooded River started in 1998 as a small clothing company in Idaho's Treasure Valley, named for the Boise River ("Boise" is French for wooded). The garment work grew into blankets and, before long, full bedding collections. The landscape has set the palette the whole time.

Every piece is still made to order. A single throw for a cabin or bedding for a national park lodge, sewn either way by hands that have worked those tables for 20 years or more.
