Stitch Stitch Oak is a woven acrylic with fine rows of stitch marks running across a near black ground. The stitches alternate between tan, cream, grey, and rust, so from a distance it reads as a quiet pinstripe and up close it looks hand sewn.

It is an upholstery fabric rated to 50,000 double rubs, ready for hard daily use: sofas, dining seats, ottomans, benches. It comes 56 inches wide and is railroaded, so long pieces cut without seams. Send it out for dry cleaning when it needs care.

Sold by the yard, cut to order.

About the Line

Wooded River started in 1998 as a small clothing company in Idaho's Treasure Valley, named for the Boise River ("Boise" is French for wooded). The garment work grew into blankets and, before long, full bedding collections. The landscape has set the palette the whole time.

Every piece is still made to order. A single throw for a cabin or bedding for a national park lodge, sewn either way by hands that have worked those tables for 20 years or more.
