Design and Materials

The woven face is composed of 43% acrylic, 41% polyester, and 16% cotton, creating a durable, textured plaid surface. The reverse side is finished in smooth fawn suede. A full-length zipper closure adds functional versatility: unzip the throw for full coverage, or zip it to neatly fold over a sofa arm for tidy storage.

About the Line

Wooded River started in 1998 as a small clothing company in Idaho's Treasure Valley, named for the Boise River ("Boise" is French for wooded). The garment work grew into blankets and, before long, full bedding collections. The landscape has set the palette the whole time.

Every piece is still made to order. A single throw for a cabin or bedding for a national park lodge, sewn either way by hands that have worked those tables for 20 years or more.
