The main panel depicts a black bear surrounded by towering evergreens against a deep red ground, while a coordinating plaid panel adds another layer of pattern along one side. Decorative silver buttons accent the plaid, and thick black loop fringe surrounds the pillow for a dimensional finish that reinforces its cozy, textural character.

Materials and Sizing

Crafted from Wooded River Bear and Wooded River Plaid 1 in a washable wool blend of 40% acrylic, 30% polyester, 25% wool, and 5% other fibers. The fabric is woven in Italy and finished with black loop fringe and decorative silver buttons. Includes a 100% polyester pillow form and is sewn in the United States by expert craftspeople.

About the Line

Wooded River started in 1998 as a small clothing company in Idaho's Treasure Valley, named for the Boise River ("Boise" is French for wooded). The garment work grew into blankets and, before long, full bedding collections. The landscape has set the palette the whole time.

Every piece is still made to order. A single throw for a cabin or bedding for a national park lodge, sewn either way by hands that have worked those tables for 20 years or more.
